  1. I have got the Fron Male Voice Choir's Album "Voices of The Valley". I use the Welsh National Anthem on that.
  2. Thanks Jason. Is Hertfordshire north of London? If it's where I'm thinking of then I've been that way a couple of times. Once to see Robbie Williams in Knebworth Hi David, yeah Wrexham is not far from Chester. Ha ha you're right, you see it spelt as "Wrecsam" on signs too, it's because that's the Welsh way of spelling it. All signs in Wales are bilingual. It's a very useful site this is. Lots of friendly tips and advice.
  3. The amp is the KAM KXR1500. Sorry I never explained it very well. When I said connecting speaker A & B to the amp, I meant into separate channels. The amp will work in bridge mode but at the moment I'm using it in normal stereo mode. You say that it should be unaffected by the other channel. That's what I thought, I know it's a strange one. Good idea about using a multimeter on the speaker. I'll try and get hold of one. I tried swapping the leads around but it was the same. Do you think the crossover in the speaker could cause it if it's broke? Thanks very much for your help.
  4. Hi this is Rob! I started DJing about 11 years ago. Back then, it was small, occasional work playing dance music. Nothing professional really! After a few years of building up my collection of equipment, I now do mobile DJ work. Clients that use me give me much positive feedback & also give me more work. I'm now rather proud of my set-up and skills I have achieved, but I'm also quite humble when compliments are put my way. Even though I'm a competent DJ, I still naturally get nervous at large or unusual events. So about me, I'm 27 years old and I come from Wrexham. I s
  5. This used to happen to me in certain venues. It's frustrating and incredibly imbarrasing! I used to use a Behringer VMX200 mixer. I changed to a different mixer and it never happened again. All I could think of was maybe a bad earth in certain places and the mixer was incredibly sensitive to it.
  6. I have a pair of KAM 500W Zsub pro subs. When i connect them to my amp, they dont sound very impressive. I think there is a problem with speaker A. When speaker B is connected on its own, it sounds ok. When A & B are connected to amp they both ease back on sound and the same when A is connected on its own. I've also got a pair of old (but reliable) KAM DJ-12z's. The bass on these is almost as good as the subs and they're only 150W RMS!! So something tells me I'm either not using them correctly of they're knackered. I would appreciate what your opinions would be on this probl
