[PPL are now talking to NADJ also, but will only meet with their legal dept in attendence. We are waiting for further response from them. they want their lawyer present i must say it speaks volumes at least its a meeting but best of luck don't get stiched up

our association reps and gary have a great opportunity here to contact bbc newsdesk with the offer of a detailed response on behalf of DJ's united to make an on going news/press release high lighting all the confusion over this issue

i was told recently mcps have plans to introduce a licence to cover eskies point later this year ie moving tracks one format to another 20000 tracks for £1000!!! they will already have a data base from digital djs that already register whether there is truth in this who knows time will tell
