  3. I used Mackie for 2 years.. They did a job.. Yes there are better about never the less you can do a lot worse. I also used the bins with the srm450`s. I didn`t like them on there own, however they sounded decent with the bins.

  11. Ha ha , however in your original post you didn`t state that you did either lunch time or evening only on the Sunday. (1 gig) . You said you did 2 gigs a day except Sunday. Therefore I assumed that on the Sunday you used it as a day of rest and did no gigs. So on the sunday (which was gig number 13) which did you do? lunch or evening?
  12. Brill that John. I used to do a club which again was proper busy..
  13. I`ve not done one for years... I did have one myself though.. Its a good excuse to stock up on towels and pans..
  14. I use a S + H booth, very classy ut at the same time very expensive... Be careful with some led cloths as the led can be very harsh on the on looking eye, as in that I mean very bright and piercing..
  15. I guess it all depends on how long you get to set up.... My typical wedding goes as follows... 2pm married 4.30pm sit for wedding breakfast 7-7.30pm finish wedding breakfast and speeches and staff turn room around.. 8pm room ready and disco equipment set up 7.30 evening guests arrive. As you can see most weddings run into the evening reception and gear has to be set up quickly, therefore no time to be messing with tons of lights..
  16. My local pub has one... To say it gets used 7 nights a week, its ok... The button to pump smoke out gets stuck so you have to flick it off manually..
  17. Iam currently on o2 because I have an Iphone... I have been on vodafone for most of my mobile life and find they are better than O2. I wouldn`t touch any of the others and have only ever been on O2 and Voda...
  18. My thoughts are I need them back before 6pm tonight... lOl,, 99% of my gigs I only get 30mins at the most to set up so min lights (which take the most time to set up)... Most gigs I use 2 x mad spins and 2 mad colours.. http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/6885/21062008613yc2.jpg
  19. Echo.... However you have a problem here. Luckily I have a mate who is a debt collector by trade.
