Yes fantastic. I use the dvd version (1,060 songs) from emkaraoke and can tell you that the quality is very good. Not had a bad song yet.

You are burning MP3 to CD for the CD Mix 3 I guess. I am doing the same as you now. I am weaning myself off the laptop (PCDJ) back to the mix 3. I use 3 laptops and a desktop to kill time!!! Oh and an octopus to help with disc changes

I bought a second user Toshiba last year with 1 gig RAM 80 gig hard drive Centrino 1.6 for £375. PCDJ and Windows Xp installed. Works brilliant and goes with me to EVERY gig. I find find any of the 5000 tracks in seconds. I use it more as a database than a playing source because I don't have a DAC 3 to control it! Connecting to the Internet is no problem either. Just make sure you have the right protection.

Most sucessful Disco karaoke combined nights i have been to have a couple of hours karaoke FIRST with filler tracks kept to a minimum Then switch to disco to finish the night off. combined all night can be a disaster Yes. Could not agree more. Make sure the audience are aware of the fact that its karaoke to start and disco to finish

I did it last week and added £15 for the extra setup/setdown time.

It's just a rumour, but at half time the Reds had Karaoke and mini golf.

A lot busier than last year. No advertising - ALL word of mouth - and they keep coming!. Well yesterday I bought the C300 passive Mackies to run of the Numark Dimension 3. They sounded great. Two hours later they sounded fantastic. No eq adjustments so I assume they are "run in" now. I am very happy with them.
