Hey Robster that sounds like a great idea!!Could you be a little more specific about how this works as I am looking to add some more ideas to our portfolio!! The song from the Lynx advert is.....?Do you sing it yourself??Is this only suitable for Kidz Parties??Not exactly sure how it works?? Much nicer approach in my opinion??

Have been racking my brains in an effort to freshen things up a bit. Try this product for Kidz Parties (on the volunteer adults) and as a bit of fun for maybe 18/25 year olds,Its very visual and has gone extremely well where I have used it. Search in Amazon,E-Bay or Google....don't know how to provide link?? Anyone else got any more original ideas......PLEASE......?????????

Paying the price for having 6 functions this weekend. Need some advice on a few equipment problems. Expensive Sennheiser Roving Microphone. The on/off swirtch seems to have worn down or sheared off.Any electronics engineers in the Yorkshire area help me with a rebuild for cash?? LCD T.V Screen. Laid face down on an amplifier....two very noticable gouges in the screen. Warrior Roving Microphone Snapped top bit of aerial.Still works ok.....but don't look nice!! done loads of these....they are dead easy. Half of the evening is presentations and food. Knock yourself up some limbo poles and buy some cheap glostix and flashing LEDS of Ebay.Make sure you have a good roving mic for the presentations. Music will not be an issue...they love beating you with their strange requests....and they will no matter what you have. Keep them entertained and they can be fun.

I'm sure you manage it ok but I never seem to get things quite right as a mobile Karaoke Host. Eventually when I move abroad I may buy a bar and do it properly.Everytime i've seen Karaoke done it works better when the gear is permanently at the venue professionally installed.With that in mind I'll probably stay 20% Karaoke and 80% Disco.

well i cheat lol i ask my known singers who put requests in to sing there dancy numbers . Didnt have that luxury.....all complete strangers full with singers i dont even play songs in between For me personally those nights do not appeal

The old cunundrum. Did an 80's night Saturday.. ..was on banging form.I was so good I wished I was watching me......LOL. However wondered how other Karaoke Hosts deal with this poser. Bags of requests for Karaoke but everytime I put the 80's tracks on between the singers the dance floor was absolutely heaving. Usually go with the one Karaoke and two for dancing formula on these nights but they were so gagging to dance I decided to go with the majority and thinned out the formula to 1/5.
