Its good to hear people saying where the horrible companys are i have had issues with my local computer company and have told everyone about it but to my suprise they have had the same sort of problem. I now listen to what people say and voice my concerns over companys we all know that things go wrong (We have all had a bad disco) but it is how they fix it that is the main issue (you know how good a insurance company is only after a accident). The company i had a issue with is JAL Computers and they pushed me out of the shop for making a complaint. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/
