This is not true. It is valid for anywhere the difference is that some place do ask for their own but that is their choice. My wife is a teacher and has only on CRB check for any school that she goes in even ones out the area. The only issue she has is when the school wants to be difficult. I think that land rovers are pap my friend works in the sales room for them and say how often they come back in with one problem or another.
