  1. would it be possible to add a 300 watt bass bin to this in bridged mode to help with the peaking or would this only add to the problerm?? i'm thinking of getting a dimension 4 at the moment i am runnig 2 sound labs 15" 200rms speakers but i am upgrading the bass bins to 200watt rms 8 ohms so should be putting out approx 250-300 watts rms at 8ohm plus adding a single 15" 300 watt 8 ohms bass bin for added punch would this amp kick it http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/thanks.gif

Got emergency call thurday asking if I could do a disco for a 13th birthday http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/rolleyes.gif As I was not realy prepared to do any gigs until this friday i umed nad ahh but agreed asa favour. Not bad for a rushed job and was good practice. floor was filled in short bursts but.   5. Bought two Wild Flower lights I think they were skytronic and also Derby disco light. Can any one tell me how I could connect these to a basic lighting controller to create a good lighting effect also have a pair of 4 light sequencers that would like to add to controller(bought these from maplins).   6. digital disco like the idea of using UPS what would you suggested rating wise for a dual cd deck at least 1000 watt amp and extras. Chris didn't relise the bass speaker was only 150 rms I thought they were 200rms if htis is the case I will replace both. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/rolleyes.gif The replacements from maplins of the same size approx 382mm are 350 wattt and am I right in thinking I will have to also replace the horns as well!! Also I am going to check the capasitor rating on the crossover on my other set of speakers to see if I can reduce the frequency going to the bass driver can you tell me do I need to go higher or lower in the capacitor rating to get more bass and less treble/high's

Chris Just forgive me if I am being dumb but if I connected the soundlab speakers I bought the details are below, to my very low budget set that are 106 rms. can I connect these in series to get the 4ohms output of my Amp?   15. I haven't got a crossover at the moment but looking at getting one. Would like advice before buying one. Also need a little more understanding on where to place in the chain and components needed.
