  10. It's interesting to see your view on this, because I was thinking along the lines of older songs that are no longer available as opposed to new songs not released. I agree that it's difficult to keep up to date when there is such a long time from releasing to radio stations before releasing it to the general public. This probably increases people's desire to illegally download it because, as you say, you don't want to be the one who hasn't got it.
  11. I would consider downloading something that had already been on the telly, because you could have recorded that and watched it again and I would consider downloading a song that wasn't available as a legal download, but certainly not regular music or new films.

Anyway, the piece in question was featured on last weeks 101 ways to leave a gameshow and I've heard it on another programme, probably BGT or Four Weddings, so its obviously been recorded but just don't know by who???
