  1. wow, you are using 1004? that's the first and now super old version. Try this instead. When you set the player to UPDATE mode, plug in the thumb drive afterwards instead of at power up, wait 10 sec, then push Cue (on the right deck). If it takes, then your in biz. You should be using Music Manager 1.2.3. as well. After the update, you MUST and stress must create a new database with the player or with MM 1.2.3. for all music drives in use with the HD2500
  2. This new info was just posted on the Denon DJ forums as well.
  3. 4. New Demo video of the S1200 in action, enjoy. http://denondj.com/videos/DNS1200_DEMO_1.wmv
  5. Anytime you use a hub with our system it MUST be powered. To get by 50 times, I'd say you were just lucky. We recommend using a Belkin brand powered hub for best performance. All the best...
  6. easy, did you re-create a new database with version 1100 or 1200 ? Are you mis-matching firmware and Music Manager versions? See this chart: http://denondjforums.com/index.php?name=PN...opic&t=8016 Are you using a powered Hub?
  7. Yes, all other brands can only do "1" file per deck. If your doing a wedding intro, you can load the first 3 files from "playlist intro" on deck 1 and the next 3 from "playlist intro" on deck 2 for instant 6 file control from the same playlist!
  8. We tested our MM auto BPM against mixmeister and the results were about 98% the same. With odd rhythmic songs, in some cases MM was closer and in others they were.
  9. Keith, when there is a mis-match of Tag and actual title, you will need to create the DB again, which clears that up. Note, your playlists will be lost. There is some unknown bug in the Music Manager that we are now checking. Note, Do not use the "update" function in MM. Did you ?
  10. I think your pen drive is just not compatible and you should give up on that method, try to buy a name brand type. The denon Hub was just a first buyer promotion in EU, they do not come with it any longer. Thats correct.

  12. Its possible that "china made" generic brands don’t follow USB control driver specs to the letter, thus causing incompatibilities. Stick with major brands and they should work and perform just fine.
  13. This is the one many people have used for the HD2500. http://www2.ashampoo.com/webcache/html/1/p...ct_2_0030__.htm
