  1. Oh No Its Mike :dan+ju: Moore. Or should I say "Mr Public Liabilty/Pat Test Is Now The Law" How be your old "Volvo" Thought you had retired from the scene & gone onto playing at "Derby & Joan" gigs & judging dog shows.
  2. Rupaul-Miss Lady DJ. Rupaul-Its Raining Men (The Sequel) Rupaul-People Are People Rupaul-Free To Be Free Rupaul-Workout And Yes Its All "Camp N.R.G." Music
  3. Would like to hear from anyone out there about Stageline Disco Equipment ? Your deepest thoughts please answers on a postcard or drop a line or to in this forum. All The Best
  4. Hi There. I own a RCS 100 Watt Disco Amplifier Dated 1976 & yes I still use it for small to middle size functions. It has never been modified or had any replacement parts. Not trying to beat you here as they say. I still believe that older disco kit is the best as it was built to last & made by true craftsman. All The Best
  5. Andrew Ridely :dan+ju: Ahhhhhh, run for the hills. Yes I Know The Surfers Are Very Keen Down In Newquay "LOL" How About A Surfers 80's Night Playing Non Stop "New Wave" Music "LOL" I Have Been To "St Austell" Before In My travels But Never To DJ. I Wonder How A Non Stop Camp Night Out Would Go Down There ? I Can Remember When "Newquay" Was Full Of Quaint Ye Olde Pubs Up Little Back Streets. Well I Have To Sort Out Abit Of Disco Kit I Bought Secondhand Over The Weekend Being A Amplifier So This Could Prove Fun "BANG" LOL. Only Joking There,I Have Had The Lid Off It & It Looks
  6. LOL Cheers for your message here on the forum board, but I to am a "Dino" being 41 years old. My grandad used to live in Cornwall before he passed away many years ago, infact he lived there for god only knows how many years. I to spent many happy days down in Cornwall in my youth as the place has a real atmosphere to it,being the coastlines & the country villages to. Infact my accent often droops off into the "Cornish Lingo Franko" I have not been down to Cornwall in years now,but I did hear that "Newquay" had gone Izbia style with many nightclubs etc,but I do not know if this is
  7. Hello There Camp-DJ-UK Does Not Attract More Work Its Just The Music I Play Mainly From New York City & Manchester. I Enjoy Doing Camp/DJ Functions,As It Never Seems To Attract Violent People Which You Find At Many Clubs Throughout The UK. I Did Read In The Newspaper A Couple Of Years Ago About A DJ From Cornwall Who Had A Excellent Following,But At One Gig He Did,He Played A "Wham" Track Which Resulted In Him Getting Head Butted In The Face,Breaking His Jaw/Nose & Teeth,Because A Guy Said To Him Your Queer. Just Goes To Show What The Disco World Is Comming To,If This Goes On I
  8. Many Apologies On My Remarks About 128bpm + Music,To Be Truthfully Honest Perhaps I Should Go Out More Or Just Maybe End My DJ Days For Good As It Seems I Do Not Fit Into The 21st Music Scene. All The Best With Your Gigs
  9. Ministry Of Sound/Bonkers/Clubland/Etc CD Albums I Find Personally Have Damaged The Great Disco Tracks Of The Past. Anything Over 128bpm Is Breaking The Pure Concept Of Todays Music Scene & Further More Why Ruin Good Classic Dance Tracks With Silly Intro Beats & False Fades Etc. I Get To Listen To Stacks Of So Called New Tracks,But Sadly Within Them All,There Is To Be Found A Trace Of A Good Old Record,Is The Music Industry Running Out Of New Music & Lyrics. For A Example Here,Remember The Old Time Song "Forget Me Nots" Well This Has Turned Up In Will Smiths M.I.B. Song/Ge
  10. I used to be a professional touring "DJ" working at various venues & gigs around the South Of England. I have also been a keen music lover in my own time as well, but it was not to about the last couple of years ago I began to discover that the music I was listening to was of a camp/gay related nature, but at the time of the so called released tracks of the music it was not branded as being a part of the camp/gay/music scene. Over the years I have gathered up hundreds of CD's by well known artists & some others of less well known origin, but neverthe less whatever the artist, they all have
