  1. How about smoke machine because mine has broke http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/sad.gif
  2. I tried to put together an example but I don't know how much help it will be! http://www.btinternet.com/~adlingtonmusicandartssociety/subsonic/index.htm
  3. If that does not make any sense then think of your web page as a Word document because essentially Frontpage and Word are very similar. All you need to remember is that in Frontpage the only way you are going to ensure things are in the right place are to put them in the right place in the table. It could get more tachnical but lets see if that helps http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif
  4. It is very difficult to understand what you are trying to achieve. You currently have a frameset, e.g one page is the menu, one page is the content. I assume you are trying to add a new item to the menu page... Therefore you need to be amending indexnav.htm If thats not what you are trying to do then that is going to be no help whatsoever! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/sad.gif
  5. With keyrings it's a good idea to make sure whatever you are putting in there fits well therefore I would definitely recommend the larger sized keyrings 35mm x ??mm because they are less awkward. You could have someone make you up a heavy metal rectangular template that you put on top of the polaroid and cut with a craft knife. The canon printers are nice portable but be sure to check out running costs before investing. I have a Sony laptop which means I can take the memory stick straight from my camera into my laptop which is less hassle than cables etc. We sell photos of our even
  6. We use keyrings as a promotional tool and we seem to have had quite a bit of success. We used a company http://www.businessgift.uk.com/ who will make up the keyrings for you as well. Delivery was a few days after ordering, nice secure site.
  7. I think it is just a splash screen announcing that the new site is coming soon?
  8. Fair enough, just thought it might be worth considering!
  9. Should have a switch to disable WIFI because you can't use it in all places. I think most have it because business users use them on planes and the like where you are not alowwed things like that.
  10. mmmm Yeah I know what business is but I was thinking alone the lines of..... This forum is not "self funding" therefore if someone else has set up an affiliate link then why don't you do the same and use the money to support the forum http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif If anyone spends anywhere near as much at CD-WOW as I do then theres quite a bit of money in it and hosting this forum can't be all that cheap!
  11. Our general plan is to play reasonably quiet music up until the Buffet, the reason being that most people who come to an event such as this probably have not seen one another for ages and want to chat. In this teim we take the opportunity to amuse the children usually with kids music but in some cases we bring along our children's entertainer who goes down a treat. We always aim to liven things up after the buffet when people have finished talking and have had a few drinks! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif
  12. If you have submitted your site to google then be aware it takes sometime! Try yahoo.com as well because they are no longer using google search technology and as it is the number one site in the world there must be a reason http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/smile.gif
  13. Not sure if this is off any significance bu the link above QUOTE http://www.cd-wow.com/index_region2_2.php?affid=12600&pp_nr=1 The affid is usually relating to someone making some money in commision on every purchase they refer to CD Wow. I know you are getting your discount but someone else is also getting some commission .... maybe http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/huh.gif
  14. Nope laminated cards are tacky!! That's for sure! http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html/emoticons/tongue.gif Yeah, we had a few samples done of plastic cards when someone offered them to us. They gave us a neat holder to carry them around in. We came to give out one of the cards and realised that it had sort of rubbed off in the holder. Not completely of course but enough not to look good. Maybe it was the finish and you get better when you order for real, but I know my security pass for work is the same in that the photo lasts 5 minutes before it wears off.
  15. If you want to see examples of what I can do then drop me a line. I will work with Dreamweaver MX or Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Fireworks MX 2004 and can produce just about anything you want... It can validate to XHTML 1.0 and CSS styles and be fully accessible across browsers. If you drop me a line enclose a brief description and / or a copy of your company logo and I'll do you an example.
