thanks for the advice...and yes i am new to programming the dmx what i am trying to achieve is for all the lights to do the sam thing at the sam time...my thinking is that if i set them as 1=001...2=007..3=14...4=21i should be able to do this...am i being a bit thick and expecting to much of these lights

...HI I USE TRICERASOFT IT HAS IT OWN KAFRAOKE PLUG IN AND YOU CAN ALSO PUT TEXT MESSAGE ON THE BIGSCREEN ADVERTISING SPECIAL DRINKS OFFERS ETC OR EVEN THE NAME OF THE BRIDE AND GROOM ETC...BUT BE CAREFUL AS SOME PROGS DONT RUN WELL WITH WINDOWS VISTA..SO BE SURE TO CHECK THE SPEC OF THE SOFTWARE.

HI THERE I HAVE READ ALL THE REPLIES AND THEY ALL GIVE GOOD ADVICE..YOU MUST ALSO THINK OF THE EXTRA DISC PLAYER, MICS,REVERB ,CABLES ETC AND THE SPACE YOU HAVE IN YOUR VEHICLE FOR CARRYING IT..REMEMBER YOU ALSO WILL NEED TO TRANSPORT A TV SET...I HAVE MY WHOLE SET UP..MUSIC AND KARAOKE ON EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE AND ONLY CARRY A CD WALLET CONTAINING AROUND 80 DISCS INCASE THE PC NEEDS TO RE-BOOT.. I ALSO USE A FLAT SCREEN TV AND IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SOFTWARE THEN YOU CAN SHOW THE KARAOKE ON THE SECOND TV AND STILL BE ABLE TO USE THE PROGRAMME ON THE PC..IF YOU GET STUCK GIVE US A CALL

there are plenty of disc out there of the classical type that say whether they are waltz foxtrot etc...i would stick to the ones you know such as glenn miller...and play some they will all recognise such as vivaldi four seasons and the blue danube or even stuff from swan lake...as regards to them saying what not to play...than i always reply with..."what if somebody asks me for it"dont for get,everygig you do is your advert and what yo dont want is people saying that you wernt any good cos you never had anything they asked for...if this does happen then point them in the direction of the organ

hi guys ive got a little problem that you guys may be able to help me with i have 4 MAD scans and printed on the side is "Qscan AP" i have check with NU LIGHT of warrington and they list them as a 5 channel light ...this means the setting would be...001...006...011...016 but that doesnt work...i have also spoken to MADlighting in wales and they say they should be set at 001...007...014...021... but this also does not work...i can get them to run together when they are all set as 001 but they do not mimic in this setting in fact light 1 & 3 are mirror image of eachother and so are ligh
