Its none of the above for me its the venues that ask the B&G if i have it, then they contact me which in turn i send a copy to the venue.

This year is the first year where every booking i have taken whether it is for this year or next year i have been asked to send a copy of my PLI & PAT, i am so glad i have it or would not have got the jobs. Have you been asked for it more thiss year?

I know my limits and stick with it, i know a guy in cornwall who has been in this game for many many years he is now over 60 and still goes out doing gigs he has a very old set up no lights or up to date equipment. People love him and he gets only beer money and he told me once he has had the same set up all the time and has never gone wrong.

Saturday i will be up early to try and get some more of my kitchen done, then in the evening i have a booking in Grantham. Full of a cold and chest infection to boot

Nope i am the one in control of the kitchen as i am ex head chef, and the pubs around are not that good thats why i drink at home, just joined a wine club as well

Just spoke to the organiser and she was really pleased that i rang and asked her, the outcome is just play the games i have played at a previous party that she attended because if the children need any help they will have adults with them to help with the games. Glad i got that sorted and thanks for your input

I started ripping out my old kitchen units on monday i have had the plumbers in and an electrician and now i am left with an empty shell, now the fun begins, before i can get the plumber back i now have to put the new kitchen in, its gonna take ages as i am doing this on my own. Disco's to do at the weekend as well, will i ever get it done lol.

I can normally tell by the punters who arrive at the party as to whether or n ot i can banter with them and most of the time i do and i get a good reaction from them, also in my feed back section on my site they say how good it was and they loved the jokes and banter.

Friday went great never been to Hull before wasn't sure if i had to take passport with me to enter lol. The people loved it, the manager also asked for the dates we were free in December as he wants to book us :Thumbup: Saturday, well what can i say i suppose it went as well as a 16th birthday party could go did some party tunes then started on her list, then during the night she came over to me and said did i ask for these songs so i showed her the list i printed off and she looked at me and said will you choose the songs from now on, so i did and not an empty floor all night.

We did our first wedding exhibition and the money we spent doing the show has been paid back 10 fold already got 10 booking from it and waiting on 11 more to send contracts back for next year. We are doing another in February. In my opinion it was money well spent
