I do take a deposit but do not do a contract. However, my confirmation letter has times agreed, outstanding fee to pay and contacts for any special requests. This a suppose is a contract of kinds. A copy is kept on my PC.

Did a midnight show for Radio Mansfield when they were applying for the full time license Only problem was when full license was issued and the money men came in. All the promises were broken about keeping the core of the people who help in getting the license. Point 1 - I always carry cards in my wallet and was asked by several people for one, Point 2 - yes you do have to have the in-house dj, has they asked if they could have there own and was told no. Point 3 - this happens to be Birthday boys wife Point 4 - not sour grapes, more quailty of the performance. Maybe you had to be there to undetrstand the comments made. Having worked in a town centre pub for 12 years, I left 2 yrs ago to go mobile again. I wondered how many of us have watched the town centre pubs disappear or the trade drop to nothing We have 3 large town centre pubs which probably 6/7 years ago you be waiting a good 10/15 mins to get served. The places were packed and rocking. NOW I went out with friends work for a leaving do, every single pub, it was straight in and to the bar, no ques We still have the same number of people in the town, no mass exodus have left, the roads are not jammed with removal vans.
