Hi I have been looking to buy a DMX controller for my 4 Acme Dynamos for a long time and after some shopping around I found the Transcension DMX Baby and the Acme DMX master. I need to know which is best or if there is a better alternative for a similar price. I am also interested in controlling my smoke machine from the board and I believe that the two boards listed above have this feature but how do I connect my smoke machine to it (DMX etc) All help will be much appreciated JACKtheDJ

Hi I am new to controlling lights using DMX and need some help. To begin with I need a controller that costs around £100 and will be able to controll my 4 acme dynamos. I also want to know whether the controller will be able to play simple lights hows to the beat of the music, similar to the one pre-programed into my lights. Plus it needs to be portable as I am a mobile DJ Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated Thanks Jack

Hi :dan+ju: I'm looking for a new smoke machine and I have a budget of around £80. So far I have found two that seem to be quite good, the Kam KSM1100 or the Acme HP-3. I would really like to know which of these is the best for a mobile DJ or do you know of a better smoke machine for my budget. I would also like to get advise on smoke fluid. All help much appreciated. Jack
