Hmmmm........

 

Could be a fault I suppose....

 

Fistly, try connecting it up to the mains again, but with all inputs unplugged and no speakers connected, and let us know if the fault light still comes on.

Check speakers and cables before sending the amp for repair, these normaly are the cause of a fault light.

It sounds like the output transistors could have failed http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/sad.gif or another similar fault.

 

It's a long shot, but you could try opening the cover and checking that the internal fuses haven't failed. If one of these blows it can sometimes cause the amplifier to activate the protection circuit.
