Fistly, try connecting it up to the mains again, but with all inputs unplugged and no speakers connected, and let us know if the fault light still comes on. Link to post Share on other sites

ChrisPointon 0 Posted April 20, 2006 Report Share Posted April 20, 2006 It sounds like the output transistors could have failed http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/sad.gif or another similar fault. It's a long shot, but you could try opening the cover and checking that the internal fuses haven't failed. If one of these blows it can sometimes cause the amplifier to activate the protection circuit. Link to post Share on other sites
