Scotch, is that you Marc?

Steve... Mad bad & dangerous to know

Better to study for one hour with the wise, than to drink wine with the foolish.

The opinions of Corabar Steve are not necessarily those of Corabar Ltd or any of it's subsidiary companies

Scotch is an old old user account of mine. I must have inadvertantly singed in on that account (I still use that username on another forum so it was an easy mistake to make). I only realised when I was contacted by one of the admins, they've now deleted the old username to save confusion.

I normally have a pick at sites put up for analysis, but I'm having trouble finding anything wrong with this one.

I personally struggled slightly reading the text - I feel you could prune the content down a bit without actually losing anything important, and put the font size op a point or two.

I feel your server may be a bit slow: Most of the page loaded within a few seconds, but odd bits took nearly a minute, and whilst waiting the page didn't display correctly.

Gallery photos a bit.. um.. ordinary. They look the same as any other DJ site I've looked at: Could be anybody.

I know first-hand how difficult it is to get decent photos of a gig so I'll assume you'll put any better ones up there as and when you get them. I, as a potential client, would like to see what the disco looked like, so maybe a shot of dancers with the disco behind could be in order.

Apart from that - great site!

Do you have much response on the 'Live Link'?

Just thought I'd post some feedback regarding the LIVE HELP feature I had on my site. I've since removed the option - in the ten months or so it was included it was only used a very small amount of times. The only useful feature of it was that it gave me real time stats everytime I had a visitor on my site. It was worth a shot, but had no real benefit to it.

Well it was worth a try eh smile icon

I stand by my earler comment though that the page is too small. On my current monitor it takes up about 30% of the screen with the rest as a background - increasing the font size by 1 (or 2) pt would make it easier to read and still not introduce scrolling bars.
