I'll ask the membership secretary, it could be a hangup from 'the old days', I cannot remember ever seeing a picture attached to any recent application, so don't worry about it. No it was 15 years ago, when the membership card had a photo ID, It was rubbished then but the photo never got removed. The only good thing is that when new members walk in, i have some idea who they are to welcome them.
