jakemuk 0
Well im pretty stunned. Almost every bar i visited used PCDJ and DAC controller ! Apart from one where he used BPM studio Every bar was ACME & Martin DMX lighting even little crap bars ! Where in this country would have zilcho or sound2light Almost all bars was full JBL system bins and tops. Just makes me wonder why most of our bars are so behind. Looks like pcdj is the way forward

RichardP 0
Sounds like all the bars are maintained by the same AV installation outfit! I don't know PCDJ intimately, but also I suppose it means they can run automated background music playlists during off-peak or when the DJ 'throws a sickie' ?

digitaldistortion 0
I use PCDJ, and you can set it to monitor a given folder (or several) and shuffle. So it is possible, even if it sounds mucho lame! Cheers! Roy B. Digital Distortion Disco (D3 Entertainments) See you around!
Dave80s 0
If a bar in the UK was taking £0000's a night from lagered up punters 7 nights a week, they would probably all have top notch systems as well!

Danno13 0
Well when i worked in Cala Bona, Mallorca there was a PCDJ system installed. Primary reason being the DJ booth was behind the bar and DJs would also serve.. so sometimes it would have to be left on auto for a couple of tracks... DJF 0
hope you had a good break and was worth it, did you come back with any ideas. sounds like a very easy option over there especially as you say if set up in the bar section dj serving too. i use BPM on my laptop as a backup player, i find it quite good for me as it can beatmix too. i am going to benidorm end of november so i too will be having a look how its done out there so will let you know.
