desperatedan 0
Can I add a Moan to this list - Clients who phone up despearte for your services (had done a disco for them before) even though you are already booked, you go out our way to accomadate them, ie pass 1st booking on to a relaible coleague. Send out Contract to them - to then be phoned today 24ish days before event to say that have not been able to secure a venue !!! even tho they had said at the time it was at venue X. Accordingy to my contract and T&C's cancellation within 30 days = half the fee is due. But as they havent signed the contract or sent it back to me I guess im right in thinking I cannot chase them for money. All though they have said they will back in touch with a different date once they secure a venue. So do you upset then by sending a letter asking for fee or just bite your toungue and wait to see if they ever get back in touch. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/mad.gif http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/wacko.gif http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/thumbdown.gif Dandy Discos & www.theweddingdjs.co.uk
