DJmoonie 0
So, just how powerful are those subs ? DJ Moonie - Club DJ, specialising in dance, house, progressive house and trance.
Andy Westcott 0
Power handling of those bass units? 2.1 Megawatts, PMPO. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif That's 2,400 watts peak, or 600 watts RMS. Not a terrible lot, but as the cabinets are pretty efficient at the very deep end of the bass range where 'lesser' designs start to soak up the power, they have a good output in that range possibly comparable to double or quadruple the power fed into a smaller cabinet. In practice, there isn't that much music about which contains bass that deep, but when it comes along, it's nice. http://www.dj-forum.co.uk/html//emoticons/smile.gif For those interested, the drivers are the Fane Colossus 18B 600.
