Hi.

 

You could try having a look at this link here which is a good insight. Its American though, but the internet is worldwide, so the rules 'should' be the same or similar.

Ofcom regulate the UK.

Royalties have to be paid on music, same as a podcast.

hi there, just a couple of points

 

Prs/PPL and MCPS will cost you a fortune and if your streaming from the UK the stream has to be geo locked so no one outside the UK can get the broadcast.
