Kingy 0 Posted February 21, 2007 Report Share Posted February 21, 2007 For the ultimate Cheese sandwich take some mature cheddar, grate it coarsely, add finely chopped spring onion, a tablespoon of mayo AND a quarter teaspoon of French mustard. stevemarshall 0 Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 There are many great cheeses from Ireland, the best is from Mitchelstown in North Cork, fav flavour and inexpensive:) toasted on some bacon(Galtee of course) on real toasted soda bread...now that's what you call a meal... That's why some of the finest food in Europe(like Dublin Bay Prawns, Galway Bay Oysters, Bacon, Cabbage, Pots and much more) come from Ireland.... Link to post Share on other sites
