It is not strong, just a beautifully mellow taste.

I prefer Boney M.

Bugger! Less than two weeks ago I was working for a cheese company and now I've left you lot decide to have a chat about it! For those who like mature cheddar...try some Colliers. Of all the cheeses we sold, Colliers is outstanding.

[insert quirky comment]

Colliers is amazing, thanks to Rich for the intro, it is the cheddar which is always in stock at home

For the ultimate Cheese sandwich take some mature cheddar, grate it coarsely, add finely chopped spring onion, a tablespoon of mayo AND a quarter teaspoon of French mustard. Mix, spread on crusty bread and devour. Delightful. The mustard really works.

  • 1 month later...

There are many great cheeses from Ireland, the best is from Mitchelstown in North Cork, fav flavour and inexpensive:) toasted on some bacon(Galtee of course) on real toasted soda bread...now that's what you call a meal...

That's why some of the finest food in Europe(like Dublin Bay Prawns, Galway Bay Oysters, Bacon, Cabbage, Pots and much more) come from Ireland....
