Bit of a trot, but not unfeasable, a trip to either Cricket St Thomas or Longleat

I just come back from a weeks holiday in Weymouth which we try to do every year and love the place. We stayed at Durdle Door Holiday park which is amazing I would recommend visiting the famous arch rock in Durdle Door if its a hot day, You also have Lulworth Cove which is also great on a sunny day.

Only just got around top reading this!

I live in Bournemouth so I can tell you first hand the best place to go is my house where you can earn yourself £10 for babysitting our three little gits. I'll even throw in a pizza to sweeten the deal...?

Only kidding, I wouldn't pay £10!

Monkey World is a great day out. It is close to Lulworth Castle and Cove and not too far from Durdle Dor either. The Tank Museum is even closer, but not much to do with wildlife. Actually in Bournemouth itself, by the Pier, is an Oceanarium - you may have to re-mortgage your house first though!

One of the best days out we have ever had in this area was at The Heavy Horse Centre near to Verwood. I'm not into horses at all - leave it - but this was just a really good and most fascinating trip. The centre is about 15 minutes drive from Moors Valley Country Park which is a great little walk or you can hire bikes and cycle through the moorland. There's also one of those Go Ape! centre's there too.

You're not too far from The New Forest which, as well as seeing wild horses roaming freely, has The Owl Sanctuary.

PM me if you want to know anything else or if you want some ideas about going out at night.
