YourBigEvent 0 Posted October 9, 2003 Report Share Posted October 9, 2003 Now Thursday and will soon be off to set up a kit for Friday evening for a DJ to use. Friday up early to deliver wedding cake, needs to be at the hotel at 7am, then off to work until 6pm. Finish work and drive about 75 miles away to a big venue with own system to do a charity evening with The Drifters (I know there are 101 different Drifters band, but this is best and the 'original' with Ray Lewis., finish at 3am and a 2 hour drive home. Home for 5am, leave for work again on Saturday morning at 6am to collect cake stand that was left the day before early in the morning, Saturday afternoon setting up for the evening another big Rotary do only 10 miles away. Sunday morning running around collecting disco gear/money and wedding cake 'bits', then in the evening off to the quiz night in the local pub in our village.PHEW .....but what do I know ?
