Ive never gigged there, But have you organised a meeting with the client and or venue managment?

Have you had a look at their web site - there may be pictures of the function room which will give you something to go on for starters.

big place all new great access in the main lifts everywhere. if you pm me i can go along on your behalf and get some pics of room , acess details, parking etc if you like. might help you out bro.

my friend kevin in warrington has done the city of stadium many times steve, i dont know his username but if you do a search you might find it.

M3KTG is the name you're looking for, but Kevin doesn't come on very often. Hasn't been on since August.

Oh well. The gig is on the 8th .. I`ll go in blind and hope for the best.. Ricky Hatton fights on the same night so Manchester will be busy that night..
