Bucketheads is a great tune but make sure you play the full 12" with the extended intro as the amount of peole that moan if you dont is amazing. Well I find that anyway. NRG Roadshow 0
Bit of an anti climax this gig.... Only about 40 turned up, the birthday girl was a bit......errr odd. And when I tried to get into the club/ibiza stuff.......she said she didnt like it that much and could I play some 60s!!!! No pleasing some folk is their! Also had a load of people coming up.... "its too loud, can you turn it down" then the next one "can you turn it up, I cant hear it properly".... Then "can you turn it down" then "can you turn it up" LOL what a night! Lev 0
Well, yeah, you guys have got the right idea for what they are asking for, they'll be happy with that. Its hilarious what people's opinion of what gets played in Ibiza is... There would be a riot if pretty much any of those tunes save for Cafe Del Mar, Greece 2000 or For An Angel got played. People go to Ibiza to get away from all this cheesy overplayed exaggerated stuff that they can get in any Luminar Leisure gaff around the country :) : Do the things that people say you cannot :
NRG Roadshow 0
Well, yeah, you guys have got the right idea for what they are asking for, they'll be happy with that. Had the right idea if the birthday girl hadnt changed her mind and not told anyone. All in all the night wasnt half as good as I hoped it would be, promised so much and then delivered so little in terms of my own satisfaction. But hey hoo, such is the mad and crazy world of being a DJ I spose.
