llcooljoe 0
I've noticed quite a few of you list the Time Warp on your playlists. I've never played it, and must admit if I've ever mentioned it to anyone they look at me blankly. There again, I get that kind of look most of the time anyway. What sort of crowd, would like and know this song? I have to admit that before I joined this board I'd never heard it!! :fright: I am whatever you say I am

NRG Roadshow 0
Ive played it and its still popularish but like others I play the original Rocky Horror version, but I cut it down a bit as its a bit long. I thought the whole point of dances like cha cha slide and timewarp was coz thier easy coz they tell you the moves to make, how can anyone not know the moves to it...... I still cant do the macarena or Las Ketchup though LOL
Phil Cunnington 0
I still cant do Las Ketchup though LOL You mena even now they've got those stupid upside down bottles that you have to squeeze really hard and then it shoots onto the plate too hard and splatters everywhere? Sound like na interesting dance move to me. :joe: Phil Cunnington Member of the LWP
Gary 0
I play the Time Warp, and yes, its the original London cast version, not that terrible Damien version.. After all, how else am I going to be able to slip into my stockings and suspenders infront of 200 poeple ??? It's probably the 3rd or 4th most popular "actions" song that appeals to wide ages ranges...the higher ones being YMCA, Rowing boat song, and maybe Rocking All Over the World. 4zzz 0
99 percent of the time you will get a great reaction over here when you play Time Warp (The Original) Always play most party events, most of the time it will get requested anyway. Have never once played Cha Cha Slide and never had it requested. It's just not really known over here and I like to keep it that way.
KrazyKaz 0
Play it at most of the teen parties I do, but I play the Damien version. I must admit, it's one of my favourites. I requested it at my wedding (now how sad is that?) Me in my wedding gown, doing the TimeWarp, what a sight that was. :hide: They don't call me Krazy for nothing! Krazy by name - Krazy by nature !!!Age doesn't matter, unless you're a cabinet!K K Disco

Corabar Steve 0
So how come nobody seems to know the correct moves then? Watch the film after you've played it at a gig & you'll see what I mean. Steve... Mad bad & dangerous to know Better to study for one hour with the wise, than to drink wine with the foolish.
