we all buy cds that are half rubbish

it comes with compilations just one of those things

reasonable price for what it is .... a jukebox collection

look out for the guys retiring or giving in selling their collections

ebay,classifieds etc.....

I actually buy them for two reasons

1 for the car

2 for the unusual songs that you dont find on other compilations (What others might call the rubish) If a punter asks for one of these tunes you might just make someones day...

From the above list I would say Good tunes = well known, on every compilation going and probably falls in the cheese genre and the other tunes, not so well known or used and most djs have not heard of them, But some clients have... For £8 well worth the investment IMHO

Agree with that.

I think ill buy a few of these, i think there are about 8 different ones, 60s, 70s, etc etc

So If i buy 8 of them at theres nearly a thousand songs for about 65 quid, loads id use and some that would probably be handy at some point if theres a request.

Cheers all for your help

I buy loads of cd's from car boots 50p or a pound an albumn. you can even get job lots for a fair price. Got most of my Now collection from them.. not much chance of getting likes of mastermix or dmc though.

I've got all the series & for that price they are a bargain (5 disc per compilation) those along with a few of the mastermix classic cuts Ska, northern soul, early soul & your away.

also the Now's are pretty essential
