Guys,

Anyone have any experience with these?

Thanks

I had a play with one of these and i liked it... it has a nice feel and looks cool too..

the only problem i could find with it is its not good for on the road use... i cant rack it up or use it on a mobile disco in the way i can use one of the other midi controlers on the market be it DAC2/3 or Denon 4500/2500

i can see it getting busted up when draged from house party to club and back home again...

if its purly to use this at home then great.. if its going out on the road then consider somthing else or inviest in somthing to keep it safe...

I have one and have used it for the last six months on the road - fantastic build quality and overall great bit of kit.

If you use this with Traktor the controls map to the vci-100 pefectly and utilise every button.

My negatives are -

Does not come with a power supply (however you don;t need one as it powers off USB), i purchased a pwer supply from maplins for £10 as i preffered to use power while doing live gigs.

It does not have a built in soundcard - It is purely a controller.

Positives -

Solid design, well built, amazing with Traktor and you have to admit it.. It is one hell of a sexy thing to look at!!

:flirt:

p.s.

On the road i used to put my vci-100 in a padded laptop pouch (17" size).

oohh
