Mattaious 0
While ive been in Greece, Ive got several gigs under my belt, Its a totally different crowd to the UK for obvious reasons. Now during the evening i often get everyone to raise the glasses and shout Yammas ( Greek for Cheers ) Nice and Cheesy and everyone joins in. Others ive used is Ogy ogy ogy ( oi oi oi ) etc And Umpa Lumpa stick it up your jumper ( I must be mad for that one ) Can anyone else think of anymore? Obviously if you wish, feel free to PM me instead! Yammas All tongue out icon

Paul Smith 0
Guys.....you dont seriously do things like the above to get a "crowd reaction" do you........I mean seriously please tell me you dont :lame: 1st of all thanks Jim for putting Matt out of To answer the question above though - I use anything and everything to get the crowd involved. Now admittedly I don't use them that often but they are all options and they all work when in a tight spot and you need something to relay to the audience 'This is a party'. Having said that though they all work equally well with an audience who are already in the party mood. My philosophy is 'get them dancing and they'll have a good time - get them dancing and singing, they'll have an even better time' - if they wake up the next day with aching feet they'll remember the night. If they wake up with aching feet and a sore throat they'll remember me smile icon PS for the 1st clip I would use the Hermes House Band, for the 2nd it's late (early) and I'll have to come back on that - there is an Irish connection though, for the 3rd Zutons or Mark Ronson ft Amy Winehouse

Living in Greece and Working here, entertaining all these people everynight, i need something a little different. And everyone enjoys it. Yammas

analyst 0
and for those "sing-along" moments in Ghostbusters and Baltimora's Tarzan Boy I might even go into the crowd with a "roving mic" and stick it in party-people's faces :joe: I have even considered, but NOT actually done it yet, making up hold-up signs for Otzi's Hey Baby. Y'know how it goes, when they are in full party mode: "He-e-e-e-y Baby . . (b o o b s!) . . . (a s s !) . . . I wanna know-o-o . .
