Want to convert some documents info PDF format.

Loads of free software out there but what have you used in the past that has helped??

you could try easy pdf, do a search for it

I personally use OpenOffice for all of my stuff, which has a PDF exporter built-in, its compatible with Google Docs, and my Linux based PC's.

Not brilliant at reading Word documents, but does a pretty good job considering.
