No mention of a number of suites. Thanks Dan I`ll ring the venue in the morning. Client did mention though on the phone, 60+ guests.. Wasn`t the Pennine suite at the Pheonix (SP) club? LOL... By the way I was in the garden room... For reference its behind the pool spa etc.. Miles away from where you park your company vehicle.. I know the one you were in, its round the back up a narrow path and through a patio door and set-up on the left. I did it loads when it was Hilton a couple of years ago but since its been Best Western they use Superb Functions I believe.
