TonyB 0
One thats been mentioned before is http://www.availcheck.com/ I am just installing DJ Event Planner http://www.djeventplanner.com/ that does a lot more than just availability. You can try it for free for 30 days and then costs about £50 a year (depending on the £ to $ exchange rate).

DJ JENX 0
DJI is similar to DJEP both in price and features. Thanks for this, Just installed availcheck, dont like that it takes a page or makes me pop up a new one so am going to try to manipulate the code to fit it in better, but seems to do the job fine. Anyone who uses this ever hit the 150 hits a month mark? DJ Jenx www.JenxDisco.co.uk -

Did you build all of this yourself? I have a site up, but I really want to make it a lot more interactive.. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Cheers, Mike I would recommend DJ Event Planner http://www.djeventplanner.com/ It save so much time once you have it set up the way you want it to work. Client fills in the enquiry form. With one click you can add the client record and details of the function. Check through the details and then another click merges everything into a quote email to send to the enquirer. The online planner is a great asset. Confirmation letters with contracts can also be printed off with a couple of clicks. System keeps a track of fees and expenses for accounting. Saves so much time and is well worth the small investment. Online planner is really great and gets well used by clients.

djwaynee 0
There was a topic here recently but i cant find it. I need a tool so that my clients can go onto my site and enter a date and itll tell them if im free or not Anyone know of a good FREE tool?! If not a free tool. a good tool. Here's what I use on my site - http://www.spotlightdisco.co.uk/booking%20enquiry.html I built the checker myself, using 'flash' type software which is download for around £100 from http://www.swishzone.com/ (You can also download a free trial version) The software is also useful to add other 'flash' style features to your site. I'm NOT a web designer so it's not great but it does the job! Good thing is once you have it there are NO monthly fees as with other availability checkers. Downside is you have to update manually, but that's not difficult. If anyone is interested, I can try to send the program to you - no charge, but you would need to get the software. Hope this helps smile icon
