Please excuse the thickness of this question
RobbieD 0
Phono inputs are designed for the lower level that a cartrige outputs, and they apply the RIAA EQ, so you can't just plug a line level input in to them. But you can get converters like this.
flash911 0
So in "theory" with one of these in line to each phono input I could increase the "line" inputs to 4 from 7 ?
superstardeejay 0
Robbie beat me to it! Yes you can increase the inputs this way, but to be honest it'd be cheaper to buy an additional mini-mixer with say 4 or 6 line inputs and plug it into one of your existing line inputs to 'expand' your capabilities. SHop around and you can get one with 5 to 8 line inputs for under £40 quid .
flash911 0
Thanks for that. I don't suppose you could recommend one?

flash911 0
To be honest I might just go the adaptor route, cheaper and I don't always need the xtra line in

Bouncy Dancefloor 0
well the only option is to get one of those convertors, but they arent great IMO if this is going to be a regular thing Get a Numark CM200 (standard one) for £129 Nice sound, good reliability, 5 Channels and 3 way EQ on every channel and its the exact same size as your predator! (without those fiddly little knobs that fall off too :p)
