Dale King 0
I wouldnt quote to do a 12 hour job on my own no matter what day it was. I have no objection to working Xmas Day, so would only quote for the job if I could find another DJ to split the work with. DJ Dale King When you see light at the end of the tunnel, beware. It's probably someone with a torch, bringing you more hassle
supersound dj 0
£65 Nik Id pass it on to Nik and take half the cash as a booking fee. Hey im not all bad Id give him a bag of peanuts as sustainance. :dan:
Paul Forsyth 0
I guess it would depend on what (if anything) additional was required beyond the time? If it was a disco with background music and no additionals I would look at £1,500 which would cover me & roadie Paul Forsyth The DJ formally known as Vinnie
Dream Catchers 0
What would the job actually be? I can't image anybody wanting to party, in a disco sense, from 10:30 am. Also who would it be for? If I was single and had no family I expect the going rate would be about £1800 and I don't know anybody that would pay that. Jim
Kingy 0
12 hours christmas day @£180 per hour = £2160. And I am available.
vokf 0
Wouldn't take it! I've either got my Kids, or would be visiting family or friends for the day. However, not everyone celebrates Christmas (ie, its just another day), in which case - I guess its a "normal" 12hr booking. £2000 is about right though, but would need pudding and a cracker! :joe:
Andy Westcott 0
I wouldn't accept it normally, but everyone has their price as they say, and assuming basic PA setup and music my price would be £1000. I may be able to find a cheaper disco somewhere who'd do it for rather less, in which case I might sub-contract it out to them.
NRG Roadshow 0
If local, £450. More if had to travel. £450......your not serious are you!!!! This is a 12 hour gig, thats only £37.50 per hour. I would hope your charging more than that for normal gigs never mind one of christmass day!!! Anyway my price: Tripple time, so thats £150 per hour - £1800 for the gig. Normally spend xmas day with the family, but if sombody was willing to pay me £1800 for one days work I would do it, and we would have our own christmass day on boxing day. deejaymitch 0
I would love an Xmas day booking. For 12 hours, if local, I reckon a grand would be dead on. Or I'd settle for £750 and free food and drink all day. I'm a DJ based in Northern Ireland with nearly 10 years' experience offering a range of services. Including club residencies, karaoke, pub quizzes, specialised wedding service, Master of Ceremonies, Compere, Night at the Races and much more.

Gary (GDK) 0
It all depends on your individual circumstances I suppose. If your a family man with kids, I can't believe some of you would go out. Yes it would help a lot of through january. However, all those lads on here who are single no family like me... Yeah ok. But if your like me, im usually out doing kids parties over the weekend aswell as work on the night so out all weekend apart from Sunday night. But im single [the ex didnt like my job lol] so I suppose my quote would be if it was local and basic setup would be £1500 GDK Entertainments Raising The Standards In Entertainment M 0783 529 5169 E info@gdkentertainments.co.uk
