New Rose by The Damned.

 

Often overlooked band who really pioneered the punk ethic pre-dating the (more media savvy) Sex Pistols.

 

Still going strong - albeit only Dave Vanian (vcls) and Captain Sensible (gtr) from the original line-up. Constantly touring and well worth going to see IMHO. Saw them this year and last year and still do a very good show.....

Already do (depending on the age of the punters!), and Jilted John and others of the ilk.

 

I always find that these tend to be the forgotten tracks next to Vacant or Londons Calling etc. and people really enjoy hearing them again (even if it takes a second or two to twig what the song is!)

 

I like to play Billericay Dickie as often as poss as well...it's brilliant that all the old respectable farts (like me) know every single lyric!!!
