My big sister told me this. I can remember having records when I was little but I don't remember buying it. The first record I can remember buying was Knock on Wood by Eddie Floyd when I was 6! We had lots of 45's in our house but they belonged to my parents. This one was bought because I asked for it. I also asked for Dawn - Candida and Mungo Jerry - In The Summertime but my collection started when Slade released Coz I Luv You. First 45 I actually bought with my own pocket money was either T-Rex - Solid Gold Easy Action or Sweet - Blockbuster, which ever came out first. "More Cheese Grommit?" I remember being bought the Bros LP "Push" and the first album I bought myself was a tape "To The Extreme" by Vanilla Ice. But it had lots of naughty words so I hid it under my bed. I'm a DJ based in Northern Ireland with nearly 10 years' experience offering a range of services.
