well this year at the moment i am doing 2 wedding fayres, last year i did 1 and it paid for its self 10 times over, this this year we thought we would do 2 and see how it goes.

I have ones on the following dates, I don't do that many, but the coming months looks like this...

That's £1500 spent !

We take a few wedding cake dummies for that side of things, as for the disco side, that is much harder.

 

Brochures, business cards, yourself. I usually set up a small PA and some lights but thats it !

.....but what do I know ?

I take what i would normally take to do a wedding day disco. so people can see what they are getting.

 

and in addition to the cards we always give out we are also taking a5 flyers price a5 price list magnets pens bottle openers and all put into the nice little bags we have had done.

Got my first one on Feb 8th.

I only have a small space so it will be a banner , 2 x LED pars , laptop with extension monitor (powerpoint presentation) free pens , brochures background music.

hopeful this will suffice.

Only one booking , but that paid for the wedding fair 6 times over.

 

( got the fair price cheap :joe: ).

It was a poor turn out with just 18 trade stands, parking was a nightmare and it was upstairs :lil devil:

 

But worth it.

We are at 36 wedding fares this year (Herts, Beds, Bucks and Cambs.) but not exhibiting, suppling staging, lighting an PA for the fashion shows
