Favourite Album Cover

Do you have a favourite album cover (Vinyl or CD)?

I would have to say that I can not decide between the War of the Worlds or Band On the Run cover!

I'd go for the (obvious) simple cover of Dark Side, or even Wish You Were Here....

WOW and Band on the Run are also good contenders!!!

I also liked (very much) the Jim Fitzpatrick covers of the early Thin Lizzy albums!

Cheers!

EDDIE RULES(not mr Bray)

cant beat number of the beast.

Without a doubt the album cover that gets most attention from my collection is Iron Maidens Live After Death

It's a double album so the front only makes up 25% of the imagery.

It's not my favourite though...

This is my all-time favourite image, I just hate the font!

Got to be

Sgt Pepper - The Beatles

or

Hemispheres - Rush

Although, I do agree War of the Worlds is a classic.

yep, with ya there kidder, but not a patch on "the pros and cons of hitch hiking" by roger waters. also, E.L.O. "Out of the blue", double l.p.was voted best a;bum cover of the year when it came out, has anyone out there got any of the old "Top of the pops" albums (vinyl)? some of them are very collectable too.
