Help With A Few Questions For A Music Quiz

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Can you help me please, I am doing a Joint birthday party 18th and 21st ( brother and sister) the Dad is providing 6 bottles of champagne as prizes and wants me to ask music related questions at random, first one to answer gets the prize !

I thought this was going to be easy at first but I am strugling, how easy should the question be ?

I am planning to ask the questions in the ealry part of the evening.

Have any of you got any suggestions for questions or the best way to go about this.

The party is on the 10th April.

:thanks:

you could pick lyrics from songs,& ask them to identify the song, just google song lyrics you will find loads. you could ask for the year in which a particular song was released, you could play a song and ask who sang the original.

Why not try playing a song backwards....?? First to correctly identify wins.

Make sure there are no satanic messages though :scared:

Howz about asking which was the No. 1 track on their birthdays (and other years) at intervals....?

Or links between two songs....?

Cheers!

ask questions that require an element of educated guessing

such as

1) How Many UK Number 1's did Elvis/Beatles and Mariah carey have? (Combined)

One guess per person! Or someone will stand next to you counting up the numbers!!

2) Play a song and ask people to name the year

3) Name the biggest song of **** year, obviously pick a recent year
