Some of you already know that I work as a part time web developer. I am currently looking to expand on this and am in the process of trying to build a large portfolio ready for when I take this on on a larger scale.

 

I have done a few sites for members here, and want to offer all members a site, for a really low rate. I have reduced my online rates from £500 to £200 for a basic website with 5 pages. ( wait for it you guys get a better deal!) This means usually, Home, Contact, About, Gallery, Services/produts. Each additional page is usually charged at £10 per page, if using the same kind of design and if its text only with a few images. Any specialist coding pages, i.e. shopping baskets, online stores, and anything else will be charged seperately and negotiated while discussing sites.

 

You can pay anything in the range of £300 - £5000+ for a professionally designed website, as many of you know. So when I tell you that this site (basic 5 page) will cost anyone on this forum £150! This includes an available .co.uk domain. Hosting can be arranged through my servers at an extra low fee. (only for sites I have made)

 

So for just £150 you basically get:

1 designed 5 page website (text only no specialist coding apart from Gallery* page)

Gallery page will have a size limit of 100 pictures, which will be copyrighted and resized before upload.

Email address and a .co.uk domain name of your choice. (multiple email addresses on request)

Free google analysing by our partner consultant for 6 months

Support and all web designs and pictures copyright free on a CD once cleared payment received.

So if anyone is interested in taking up my offer, please PM me, and I will send my current portfolio of work to you, so you know exactly what your getting. Payment can be arranged via paypal but signed release will be requested before the site is uploaded to ensure that no money can be reclaimed at a later date.

That sounds a great offer. I normally quote (and win) £150 for a simple 2-page site, so £150 for a complete site with Gallery is a very good deal!

For those who have contacted me, just to let you all know. You can swap pages around, you dont need to take just a home, about, contact, gallery and products. You can choose your own!
