mikeyb 0
Hi, I've got a company party at a venue in the City of London, and alongside PLI etc they have asked me to write a risk assessment. I've never done this before so has anyone got any advice?! e.g ' if guests get too drunk they might fall over ' :wall: joking aside I'm at a bit of a loss so any advice would be appreciated! vokf 0
Mike, the DJ Asscosiates site has a template Risk assessment; http://www.djassociates.org/health%20and%20safety.html You'll find lots of information on that page and here: Method statement and risk assessment for disco install.pdf I have a basic checklist (Trip Hazards, Blocking fire exits, safe power etc) but its mainly common sense. However, proving you've done a risk assessment will be important in the event of a claim.
