Karaoke List Creator, Renameing Track Problem

I keep getting this error message, Any ideas??

all the tracks that are supposed to be there are not there or they are still zipped or in bin format ..there is nothing in the box its hovering over it should be full of MP3+G tracks where you have one for the graphics and the mp3 for the sound
