Scarlet Al 0
Bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. Guy in a local shop tried to charge £180 - Knocked him down to £130. (Otherwise I was buying off the internet.) Used it 3 times now. Very impressed with it. Well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a room filling, cost effective, sound activated LED. I use this purely on sound activated programme - I have no DMX controllers at all. Used it at 3 different venues. 1 venue was huge, biggest I've played at so far and filled the room excellently, the others were reasonably small rooms and maybe I could have cut out another light for this one to have its full effect. 1 event was an event where I knew the organizers, asked them for feedback and not a bad comment. Norfolk DJ 0
The light output is surprising. Certainly for small/medium venues one is enough if you are using other lighting as well. my view is that they need DMX controlling.

Personally, I find them too big for smaller venues, i.e. pubs and small halls, which are 90% plus of what I do! Hence why I have two for sale! I bought mine yesterday for £150 in a local disco shop, its the 10w version and yes its pretty good, i bought it to replace my 600w jb systems blow star mushroom light which has been playing up due to ceramic holders failing but i managed to revive it and had both running, they are quite dirrent lights really and im now not sure f i should keep the mushroom or not. Cheers Steve Guessing, as in a previous life I used to sell double glazing, the 'rough' side should be on the inside, smooth on the outer to make it easy to wipe clean. Dream Catchers 0
Them tags that keep the lens in place are very flimsy, they could have done with making them a little more substantial. Jim
Teez 0
Ordered two Impossibled for £250 including dmx cable and delivery. Dealer called saying out of stock so got 2 ADJ Revo III for same price plus free controller. Tells me maybe this forum should have a product catalogue section where webmaster lists all the main products/brands and we all post best prices and from whom. Won't be long before some special deals to DJF appear methinks. Agree they do have a big coverage but I plan to point one upwards towards the ceiling, restricting the coverage and the other downwards as normal. Teez
Dream Catchers 0
If you look at the album that Carmen links to in this thread you will see what Jason's setup looks like with one pointing at the ceiling and another at the floor. Jim
Teez 0
Looks good. I'm guessing ceilings are often forgotten as backdrops. Teez
djbogie 0
id agree, got 2 of the impossibled's excellent fixtures, well worth the money
llcoolray 0
id agree, got 2 of the impossibled's excellent fixtures, well worth the money i have had 2 impossibled's for over 12 months now , best light you can get for the money, i use them with one glass smooth on outside and the other with the rough outside, it gives the light a different look , and if you point one at a mirror ball , that really does fill a room, recently bought an american dj revo 4 light , very dissapointing compared to the impossible'ds :pizza:
MirageDJ 0
Must admit I liked mine at first but then the dots just bored me, I doubt the customer minds though as they only see them at the one party not week in week out. Phil
