bigMCben 0
Following on from Mitch's post on the best song, what are the contenders for worst song??? For me, there are occassions when a copy is just as good as the original, but for certain things there can be only one......... Tomato Soup - Heinz Talc - Johnsons You've Got The Love - Candi Staton .........so for me the worst song of 2009 has to Florence and the Machine's cover of You've Got The Love
deejaymitch 0
There are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many candidates for this one. Kiss Me Thru The Phone, everything Beyonce has released, Bodies, but I reckon the all out winner will be whatever trashy cover is rushed out by the winner of the X Factor in a few weeks. vokf 0
Following on from Mitch's post on the .........so for me the worst song of 2009 has to Florence and the Machine's cover of You've Got The Love Hey, I just put this on my Pubs Jukebox, you insensitive clod! :joe: For me.... its gotta be "Bonkers" Personal taste, not my thing, and makes me cringe as did "Soulja boi" did in 2008. Still play both if requested or suitable.

deejaymitch 0
Mariah Carey: 'I Want To Know What Love Is' IT IS :crap: :funjokeandlaugh: Are you saying that the song is :crap: or are you, in response to the title, saying that love is :crap: ? A strong case could be made for both. I'm a DJ based in Northern Ireland with nearly 10 years' experience offering a range of services. Wayne 74 0
Florence and the Machine's cover of You've got the Love was actually not as bad as I was expecting it to be, and its quality trying to mix that and the original, sounding quite good. And Bodies was a decent track too. With so many in contention for worst song, I think I have to agree with vokf, Bonkers was the biggest pile of :crap: , that I have heard in a while. ( Mind you, I also say that about anything that is drum and bass or sounds like it would be played in a same set as anything by scooter. :wall:

Slimboy Fat 0
There are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many candidates for this one. Kiss Me Thru The Phone, everything Beyonce has released, Bodies, but I reckon the all out winner will be whatever trashy cover is rushed out by the winner of the X Factor in a few weeks. I can't argue with this post at all Mitch. Anything to do with X-Factor is :crap: - music for the gullible masses rather than for people who truly understand and appreciate good music and the effort put in by extremely talented and hard-working bands and artists struggling to make a name for themselves. The "Rage Against The Machine" campaign was a fantastic episode and demonstrated the strength of feeling against X-Factor but ultimately I have no doubt that it will not bother Mr Cowell one iota as long as the cash comes tumbling in for him. And another thing.....How the HELL did "Single ladies" by Beyonce win best video of the year? I wonder who paid for that title??? Robster 0
Anything by Glee , they suck all the soul , heart passion out of any song and replace it with saccharin infused teen musical falseness. The placing of every ethnic group and a guy in a wheel chair is not courageous as in when Gene Roddenberry pushed the prejudice envelope in the 60's but a calculated marketing ploy with fake sincerity.. Do you get i dont like Glee? lol Rob Star EntertainmentsFacebook pagelandline 0161 265 3421Mobile: 0777 99 777
