MintyDave 0 Posted December 18, 2009 Report Share Posted December 18, 2009 Well i'm 3 gigs away from a 2 week break and cant wait - No day job - no dj'ing - Just feet up in front of the tv eating chocolate Gigs wednesday - did an 18th and boy was it lame. 25 guests in total and they weren't bothered. got to pack up half hour early. thursday - ladies night pub karaoke night - that was a laugh but the weather was a big issue as some never turned out and most left early - took twice as long to get home and nearly didnt with the snow Friday aftenoon - school xmas party / talent show (get to do my slash impression) Friday - 16th birthday - waiting for confirmation due to weather - may be cancelled last minute saturday - pub christmas karaoke night Take care in the snow and may your dancefloors be full Richmond Karaoke & Disco - Professional Mobile Disco Service For North Yorkshire - www.rkdisco.co.uk Link to post Share on other sites

Went really well apart from Years 5/6 which kept harrassing me every few minutes... :damn: Kept asking for the same track I'd just played. I wonder if they're actually listening or just in their own world! Other than that, everything else went really well (even the 3-5 year olds had a good time!) Biggest sing-a-long accross the board was Alexandra Burke - Bad Boys - which I thought might be on Now 74, but is only on Pro Disc 112.
