Mick H 0 Posted January 3, 2010 Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hi all and a Happy New Year, I have recently bought VDJ 5, used it on New Years Eve and it crashed 3 times :wall: I spent most of the night on egg shells waiting for it to go again. The error from the laptop says that the graphics driver has stopped working and then it all locks up. My laptop is fairly new(Toshiba Satellite) and my OS is Vista. Anyone got any tips Mick, I too had some problems getting VDJ going but they were soundcard problems. They have an excellent support service on their website. If you can't find the answer on their database, just enter the details of the problem and you'll get a ticket number. Depending on what time of day you do it (they're in the US) they often answer within hours. Sounds to me like there's something on your laptop you need to disable but that also depends upon whether or not you are just using VDJ on your computer or pumping it out through an external soundcard/player/mixer. I'm no techie but the VDJ support people has sorted all of my gremlins out. I;m sure they can do the same for you. Teez Link to post Share on other sites
